Hi, I'm Rea!

I’m a YouTube Strategist, Educreator, and Digital Content Marketer. I help purpose-driven freelancers, educators, and entrepreneurs build authority and monetize their expertise through effective YouTube content and growth strategies.

Every single exciting opportunity I’ve had in the past few years until now is because of YouTube. 

I didn’t even know I could actually earn from it.. because heck, I thought YouTube is only for interesting entertainers. I’m boring and awkward on camera, but I made videos anyway. Back then I told myself I’m not famous, so certainly no one would care.

YouTube is my jam 🙂

I started my YouTube channel from scratch when I was still too awkward on camera and thought that it would not work out. BUT IT DID! Thanks to the strategies I implemented to build my authority, I grew my channel organically and started monetizing my expertise shortly after.

I went from a struggling, overworked, and underpaid corporate employee about 4 years ago living from paycheck to paycheck with 4 consumer loans to my name into a 6-figure monthly income-earner (net PHP) comfortably taking care of the family.

#1 - I'm a YouTube NextUp Winner.
In 2019, I was chosen to be 1 of the 12 winners of 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗨𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 when I only had about 46k+ subscribers. YouTube NextUp is YouTube's national and global competition for promising YouTube content creators. I was given the opportunity to learn from some of the best YouTube experts during our 1-week Creator Camp and got coached and mentored by a Google Strategic Partner Manager for one year.

#2 - I started my channel in 2018.

Currently, my main YouTube channel has over 180k subscribers and is still growing quickly from month to month. My channel has allowed me to build an impact to a community I care about and be known for what I do, then eventually allowed me to monetize my expertise - all these while working one full-time job, one part-time job, being a wife and a mom to one kid, and managing a couple of side projects.

#3 - I worked in the BPO industry for 7 years.

My journey to creating videos comes from my BPO experience of 7 years. I started as a telephone banker handling customer service, became a subject matter expert/peer coach for a year, then eventually became a lead trainer. During those years, I was already a blogger and content creator on the side earning a small side income.

#4 - I started working from home in 2016.

After resigning from my corporate job, I worked freelance helping e-commerce brands and businesses with online marketing. Alongside that career, I created my YouTube channel where I published free weekly videos to help professionals get hired and thrive in the BPO industry. That was a way for me to continue my career in training without being constrained by stringent company policies.

#5 - I live in the Philippines.

I'm a Filipina living in the Philippines with my husband and son.

#6 - I love reading books and traveling.

I find comfort and thrill in reading and traveling solo (and sometimes with friends).
